Part Time Fees:

*The 'Half Day' fees apply to Monday, November 12, only.
The 'One Day' fees in the chart above apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions and presentations.
The fee for the Thursday Welcome Reception is $35 for part time registrants.
The fee for the Sunday Night Dinner and Entertainment is $75 for part time regisgtrants.

Guest Policy:

Spouses, children and friends not participating in the conference are welcome to join attendees for catered meals.

Children 6-12: half price
Children 0-5: no charge

Optional Grand Ole Opry Getaway:

Attend the Grand Ole Opry in its original home at the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville.

Buses begin a staggered departure from hotel to downtown at 5:00 PM through 6:15 PM and leave from the Ryman starting at 8:30 PM through final departure at 9:15 PM for return to the hotel.
Transportation fee is $15 per person (round-trip). Costs of tickets for Grand Ole Opry and bus transportation fee are in addition to the conference registration fee.
